Through the past 15 years of my own training, thousands of hours in learning, and training people in all aspects of fitness a few simple truths we’re always illuminated… Wisdom and excellent communication are a door which, provide access to understanding self. Movement is a Language and in order to express it, required understanding of the fundamentals as well as the mobility in order to continue in a sustainable way. My mission statement is to improve awareness and create confidence in my clients. In doing so clients have access to whatever serves them at that point of their journey, using fitness as a vehicle whether it be: running, strength, sport, profession, activities of daily living etc… Mammoths ultimately are leaders. They have the strength, endurance, and capacity to answer the call to action no matter the task. With the ability to respond they can serve others because that responsibility has been earned by doing the work themselves.
To become successful at any endeavor, we must do the simple things well. I designed MMLV1 with the intention of facilitating, educating, and empowering people to develop a sustainable foundation to pursue any goal. Fundamental patterns, mobility, cardio, education, breath it’s all here in Level 1.
The MMLv1 Program is a 6 week program where fitness and education collide that will provide value for a beginner or experienced lifter. Incorporating mobility & stability training, strength training, cardiovascular training & mind body connection. This program consists of 6 workouts per week with educational instruction and complimentary videos that provide invaluable information surrounding your personal physical fitness goal. Over the past 10 years I have been on a journey. Through my university studies, time as a US Army Infantry Officer, and committing to early mornings and long days, learning and teaching my craft, my philosophy is simple: have intention in all things, do the simple things well, and make your body ready. Complexity is the enemy of execution. My training approach is aimed to create better communication and build awareness. In doing so provides a route for my clients to their individual goals that are nested in and outside of the gym walls, with the highest probability of success. The coach that inspired me always said “your clients do not care about how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Fitness, whether it be physical, mental, emotional etc… has been a gift to my life and it is my great privilege to serve in teaching what I love to others.

How will I track progress?
There is a movement, cardiovascular, and specific metrics on your individual account.
What equipment will I need?
There is an accommodation to all, however a rower, Landmine, DB/KBs, and a foam roller will be the main pieces of equipment.
How long will I have access to the program once I purchase?
You will have 6 months once purchased and the program can be run as many times as you like.
